I have always enjoyed reading and buying books, more so the ones on technical topics. It can almost be like an addiction for me. I wish for more hours in a day, just so that I have more time to read my books. One of my daily joys is to have the time to read when I commute to work. It was something I missed doing when I was driving.
I was able to finish reading most of the non-technical ones like "The Tipping Point, which is quite a good read. As for the rest of the technical books, I am very much guilty of just collecting them for that one day whereby I would need them for reference. That is something I am working on improving!
I have a puny collection here in San Francisco. From this stash, you can probably guess that I am a developer and have an obsession with design patterns and Adobe Flash.
Do not be fooled by the word "design". Design patterns have absolutely nothing to do with the visual aspect of the word. However, it is still "design" in every sense. Design patterns are basically reusable creative solutions to recurring programmatic problems.
So... what do you read?
